Andalimānas pipari - Dabas bagātība no Indonēzijas lielākās salas – Sumatras ziemeļiem, kur tikai marta mēnesī notiek Andalimānas piparu ražas ievākšana. Rokām ievākti un saulē žāvēti, piparu zaudē līdz 90% no to sākotnējā svara.
One November evening the team of TGS Baltic created a taste that not only represents our creative side, but also will fill your hot drinks with a bit unusual and special festive aroma.
Ingredients:
Coconut flower sugar - sugar low on the glycaemic index and rich in antioxidants.
Cocoa powder - contains a number of biologically active substances that will appeal to the cardiovascular system.
Ceylon cinnamon - the highest quality, mild but rich taste.
Tonka beans - the seeds of the fruit of the huge Coumarou trees growing in the Amazon forests. They are dried for almost a year and then immersed in strong alcohol for 24 hours. The taste plays between marzipan and vanilla.
Tellicheri pepper - one of the oldest spices in the world with a deep and mature taste.
Pink pepper - with an elegant, spicy sweetness.
Nutmeg flowers - a popular flavor in oriental cuisine, the aroma is more ethereal than the nutmeg itself.
Cardamom - a tempting mixture of sharp and sweet taste, exclusive because of its difficulty to collect.
Cinnamon flower buds - similar to the familiar cinnamon, but much more expressive.
Hawaiian Red Salt - contains 80 different naturally occurring minerals that make this supplement a true elixir of vitality.
Madagascar pepper - This special pepper can be found in nature only in the jungles of Madagascar - in the tropical rainforests in trees up to 20 meters high. The red ripe fruits are harvested by hand, the total annual yield does not exceed 2 tons.
Andaliman pepper - Natural wealth from Indonesia's largest island - northern Sumatra, where Andaliman pepper is harvested only in the month of March. Growing wild, the pepper is a real rarity and the pride of the local population. Picked by hand and dried in the sun, the peppers lose up to 90% of their original weight. Andaliman pepper has an intense aroma of citrus fruits - lime and tangerine, but not too sharp.
Fermented Pondicherry Peppers - In some South Asian countries, fermented peppers are a traditional snack. The name of the fermented pepper 'Pondicherri' is borrowed from the big city of Pondicherry, which is also the capital of Puducherry.
Red pepper from Kampot or Cambodia pepper - Red pepper from Cambodia is one of the most valuable and rare peppers in the world. Collecting them and processing them correctly is an art. Red peppers are not related to pink peppers and are two products with completely different origin.
Danish premium smoked salt - Cold and long (on average 160 hours) smoked Dead Sea salt over birch smoke, based on ancient Viking traditions. Ideal for vegan and vegetarian meals, giving them a fresh smoky taste without any animal products.
